Privacy Policy
Your data privacy is important to me.
That’s why I want to explain what information is processed when you visit my website or place an order — and what rights you have.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit my website without actively providing personal information. However, with every page request, my web server automatically stores certain technical data:
IP address
Date and time of access
Pages/files accessed
Browser and operating system used
Referrer (the website you came from, if applicable)
These so-called server log files help me operate the website securely and reliably.
The data is generally deleted after one month at the latest.
Hosting:
My website is hosted by an external provider, Squarespace. This provider processes the above-mentioned data on my behalf. Servers may also be located outside the EU (e.g., in the USA or Canada). In such cases, I ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or recognized adequacy decisions.
2. Orders & Contract Processing
If you place an order with me (whether digital or physical), I need certain information from you, for example:
Your name
Your address (for shipping)
Your email address
Your phone number (if applicable)
Payment data (via PayPal, etc.)
I process this data to fulfill your order, deliver your product, and assist you with any questions or issues.
After processing, I retain the data only as long as legally required (e.g., for tax purposes: 6 to 10 years). After that, it will be deleted.
3. Bookings of Sessions, Courses & 1:1 Offerings
If you book a session, course, or 1:1 support with me, I collect certain personal data, such as:
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number (if applicable, for follow-ups or last-minute changes)
Information about the booked service (e.g., date, time, location, type of session)
Payment data (via providers like PayPal or Stripe)
I need this data to manage your booking, send you relevant information (e.g., confirmation, reminders, Zoom link), and deliver the service.
Some sessions or courses may take place online (e.g., via Zoom or other video conferencing tools). In those cases, the respective provider’s privacy policies also apply.
Data retention:
Your booking data is stored only as long as necessary or legally required (e.g., tax retention periods of 6 to 10 years). After that, it is deleted or anonymized.
4. Online Courses & Digital Content
If you participate in an online course or use digital content (e.g., PDFs, videos, audio), I process additional data required to provide and use the content:
Access data for the member area (e.g., username, email, password – stored encrypted)
Course progress (e.g., which content you have viewed)
Technical usage data (e.g., IP address, browser, access times)
This data helps me provide access, fix technical issues, and offer support.
Platforms & tools:
I may use external platforms or tools to deliver courses (e.g., elopage, Thinkific, Coachy, Memberspot, or similar). These process your data on my behalf. Their privacy policies also apply.
If servers are located outside the EU (e.g., USA), I ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. Newsletter & Email Communication
If you sign up for my newsletter or agree to receive emails as part of an order or session, I use your email address to send you relevant content:
Information about new offers
Updates on courses, events, or products
Inspiration, tips, and impulses (depending on the focus of my work)
Your privacy is protected, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Since I currently do not use a newsletter provider with an automatic unsubscribe link, simply send me a short message and I will remove you from the list. Alternatively, you can click “unsubscribe” in your Squarespace account.
6. Contact
If you contact me via the contact form, email, or other means, the information you provide (e.g., name, email address, message content) will be stored to process your request.
I delete this data once your request has been resolved — unless legal retention obligations apply or further communication or bookings arise.
7. Cookies & Analytics Tools
My website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device that contain certain information, for example to ensure functionality, analyze visitor behavior, or provide personalized content.
Some cookies are technically necessary (e.g., for the shopping cart), while others are only used with your consent — such as analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or marketing tools (e.g., Meta Pixel).
When you first visit my website, you can choose which types of cookies you want to allow via the cookie banner.
You can change your cookie settings at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
8. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:
Access the data I have stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
Request deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR), unless legal obligations prevent this
Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
Object to certain processing activities (Art. 21 GDPR)
Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
If you have any questions or would like to exercise your rights, feel free to contact me.
9. Sharing Data with Third Parties
I only share your personal data with third parties if:
it is necessary to fulfill a contract (e.g., shipping providers, payment services),
you have given your consent, or
I am legally required to do so.
Otherwise, your data will not be shared with third parties.
