Dear Wild Seed,
Welcome to our “Wild Seed Community”.
I thank you from the heart for your appreciation and your trust. 🌷
“Wild Seed” is an online space — a wild, untouched forest, a colorful summer meadow.
A place of power where you can find inspiration, support, and community to come into a living, honest contact with yourself, and to meet your own growth and becoming — again and again, in new ways.
Here, there is always a new leaf, a new blossom, or a root to discover and explore, along with small insects and the inhabitants of forest and meadow.
I wish you much joy in this journey. 🦋
Yours,
Paula

The Stork
Spirit Animal Message
May 24th, 2026
Dear Wild Seed,
are you also encountering as many storks in your everyday life right now as I am?
I keep seeing them everywhere at the moment: when I look out of the train window and spot them searching for frogs and food in the fields we pass by. Or when I’m out walking, and they glide overhead with their wide wings like kings and queens of the sky.
For me, encounters with wild animals always carry a message. Every animal is different. Each one has its own unique traits and wondrous qualities. And because the stork keeps appearing in my life right now, I felt drawn to look a little deeper into the nature of this beautiful bird, to understand what message it might be bringing us.
With its slender neck, black-and-white feathers, and bright orange legs and beak, it feels like an elegant messenger connecting heaven and earth, water and land.
Storks rarely beat their wings. With their dignified wing movements, they glide almost effortlessly through the air.
As migratory birds, storks have a finely tuned sense for when it is time to let go and move on. They know they would not survive the cold winter here, and so they travel with great endurance alongside other storks, flying thousands of kilometers to Africa to spend the winter there.
When they return in spring, they are nest-faithful. High up on roofs, chimneys, church towers, and poles, they build large nests from branches and twigs, where they raise their young.
The stork is therefore both wild and free — and also returning home and deeply connected.
His message to us for the coming days is…
“You are allowed to sail
— wild and free.
You are allowed to explore the world.
To explore yourself.
You are allowed to trust your intuition,
to move toward where you feel good
and leave behind what drains your strength more than it nourishes you.
You are allowed to trust that your wings are strong.
They carry you to new places, new experiences,
and unknown mysteries waiting to be discovered by you.
And at the same time, you are allowed to have a place.
A home — for refueling and resting,
to which you can always return.
Perhaps this sense of home is not far away at all.
Perhaps you are allowed to build this nest within your own heart,
branch by branch, twig by twig,
and carry it with you wherever you sail.”
If you wish, you may let this gentle message of the stork accompany you this week,
and give you strength and new courage in everything you encounter. 🪶

Wanting to Be Further Along
& Returning to the Present Moment
May 16th, 2026
Sometimes I wish I were already further along.
That things would grow faster.
I have visions, like little flickering lights,
guiding my path.
But I am not there yet.
All I can do is return to the present moment
and build, step by step,
with what is already here.
